The Caker is a modern cake business that celebrates the beauty and deliciousness of home baking. By baking or gifting one of our cake kits you are joining a band of cake lovers and bakers called Cakers.
Our ethos is all about the positive benefits of baking. When you bake a cake, you should feel relaxation set in. Your house will fill with the comforting aroma of it turning golden in the oven, and once it's ready to serve you will be able to revel in the joy of sharing your creation. With our cake kits, the dry ingredients are all measured out for you so, whether you're a novice or proficient baker, you can focus more on the satisfaction of creating and sharing, and less on the sourcing and calculating.
Speaking of ingredients, the incredibly high quality of them is the reason your cake will taste so good. All Caker recipes contain ground almonds to replace some or all of the flour, lending a moreish texture and creating a more wholesome, moist, and sumptuous cake.
