My cakery, The Caker, became Auckland’s most famous bakeries and off the back of its success I created my line of luxury cake kits in order to further spread the joy that cake brings to people all around New Zealand and the world. Both avant-garde packaging and top notch ingredients make these unlike any cake mix on the market. All the recipes are adapted from ones I developed for the bakery, and a lot of the ingredients are the same. My cake kits allow people to bake like I do in the comfort of their own home. Plus, they suit novice and proficient bakers alike and make brilliant gifts!
